
Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature with this guided mindfulness therapy journey around the farm. Guided by your host, Julia (who is also a qualified yoga instructor), you will follow a gentle trail around the farm at your own pace. As you walk, you will pass several carefully positioned seating areas, each designed to provide you with moments of reflection, tranquillity and connection with nature. Julia will guide you through meditation, breathwork and forest therapy practices, and encourage you to slow down and connect with the gentle, grounding sounds of nature.
